Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which HL Rocket was created, which is to facilitate the billing and collection process for electronic billing of customers and clients.

Although HL Rocket utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannon guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee and that you use our Website at your own risk.

Sharing Personal information

HL Rocket will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of HL Rocket (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Users may not access HL Rocket via paid subscription or API for the purposes of gaining proprietary knowledge to develop software or other services. All workflows, automations, systems, campaigns, and features are considered proprietary to HL Rocket to the maximum extent provided by law. Modification or use of our core systems or content outside of our platform is expressly prohibited and violates our Company’s intellectual property rights.

Notification Procedures

It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business-related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on our website, as determined by HL Rocket in its sole discretion. You will be able to connect your HL Rocket account to third-party accounts. By connecting your HL Rocket account to your third-party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites). If you do not want information about yourself to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by HL Rocket from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the HL Rocket content or platform accessed through hlrocket.com or app.hlrocket.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HL Rocket, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
